As for the bus stop I suggest you stop at Venice Tronchetto and then take either the People Mover or the vaporetto, later, arrived in the Piazzale Roma you can get help from the porters that you will find in the forecourt, the hotel is about 10 minutes away. As for the transfer from the Hotel to the airport there is the possibility to take a water taxi or normal car taxi or bus.

You can take the public bus no 5 which will take you to the piazzale roma/bus terminal of venice. Then from there you can come by walk to the hotel which is about 5-7 minutes.
